Complete 3 rounds as fast as possible. 30 seconds water break between each round. - Today’s workout is something lighter than the previous ones. Tonight I’ll go to the firefighters and we will be running around and carrying heavy stuff so I can’t go for a hard workout today. I won’t make a review of it because it’s something easy and simple.
